Look What's Happening at Lincoln!!!

This week was American Education Week!  I was out and about finding what students and staff members were up to. Every where I went I found learning, fun, teacher support, and creativity.  I was excited while walking the halls and visiting classrooms.  I found many Lincoln volunteers.   Some volunteers were Lincoln parents, some were retired Lincoln teachers, and I found one Lincoln "Great-Grandparent."  Lincoln is fortunate to have UNI learning partners.  Classrooms were visited today by student athletes encouraging students to stay healthy and keep moving.  Thank you UNI for your support!!!  Every classroom I entered I found students engaged in learning.  Many students were interacting with the Mimeo boards and "teaching" their peers.  Lincoln students you ROCK!  I want parents and visitors who enter our building to feel a sense of warmth and caring in our learning community.  I want them to visually see a focus on student learning and quality work.   All of our hallways I found quality student work posted for our visitors to view.   I want to thank the teaching staff and our support staff for your continuous improvement in reaching all of our learners here.   Keep up the Amazing work everyone!
